Your Different Options

We have two different options for you in this program. The first option is to send a postcard in the mail to brand new leads. The second option is to send a gift package in the mail when you close a loan, then 30 days later send a card in the mail asking for referrals.

Option #1: New Leads Postcard

This option will allow you to send a postcard in the mail to new leads that come into your Sales Engine account. Once you know their address, you will click a button and the automation will take over. A few days later they will be getting a postcard in the mail encouraging them to give you a call and/or visit your website.

  • We edit your Sales Engine account

  • We create the zap in our account

TOTAL COST: $350 setup fee + $15/month management fee

Option #2: Closed Loans

This option will allow you to send a gift package in the mail to closed loans. This will be a personalized package and you can choose the gift options in your account. Then, 30 days later will send a letter in the mail asking for any referrals. This letter will include instructions on how someone can refer a lead to you.

TOTAL COST: $500 setup fee + $20/month management fee

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be a Sales Engine user?

Yes, in order to take part in this program you must be an active user of Sales Engine. If you aren't currently an active user, we will need to have you sign up for a subscription.

Do I need to have my own Zapier account?

No. We will be setting everything up in our Zapier account so you will not need to get an account yourself.

Why do I need to use Mailbox Power?

They are who will print and ship the postcard or gift package in the mail. In our experience, they are extremely reliable and have amazing automations. If you already have a different mail provider, we can potentially use them as long as they have a Zapier app and internal automations. If they don't, you will need to use Mailbox Power.

Can I do both the new lead and closed loan options?

Yes, of course!

What if I want to use Zapier for something other than mail?

This is definitely an option. You can use Zapier for lots of different reasons. Let us know what you are wanting to do and we will analyze if that's a possibility and send you a quote.

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, we will turn off the zap in Zapier and we won't bill you any further. If you wish to also shut down your Mailbox Power account, you will need to cancel with them as well.

Am I allowed to make edits once we go live?

Yes, however we will charge for time spent making edits/changes after we go live at a rate of $175/hour.
